Flip Flops Sizing Exchange - 1 pair

This listing is to order a sizing exchange for 1 pair of flip flops. The sizing exchange fee is to cover the cost to ship the new item to you once the original has been received back. 

Once the order is placed, you can print page 3 of this screen. This is the sizing exchange form. Send the original order item back with your original receipt, the new receipt for the sizing exchange and the exchange form.

If you would prefer not to make the payment online, please print the exchange form and send back with the item and a check for the exchange fee made out to Sparklez Apparel.

The address to send the item to be exchanged is on the exchange form.  You will be responsible for shipping the item back to our production office. We recommend using an inexpensive shipping service that includes tracking. USPS ground advantage is a great option and the lowest cost way to get it back to us.
